Launch Readiness
Resource Page
Launch readiness is the collection of activities to prepare an company to market, sell, deliver, implement, and support a product whether it is new or an enhanced version.
The lack of launch readiness is often a root cause of an ineffective launch. When some parts of a company are ready (or they claim to be) and others are not, this is when there is a lack of launch readiness.
A major consideration in preparing for launch readiness is to recognize that while deliverables are critical -- like sales presentations, pricing lists, and marketing collateral -- they don't ensure that a functional area is launch ready.
This page was created to make it easier to navigate to the various launch readiness resources available on BrainKraft.com.
